COSTS & FEES FOR THE FESTIVAL

If you are chosen as participant, these are the prices and conditions for you and your delegation.

PARTICIPANT : (Singers)

TOTAL PARTICIPANT COST FOR THE FESTIVAL IS 332 EURO,
 AND THIS IS WHAT´S INCLUDED:
  - The 50 Euro Participation Fee
  - Hotel 5 nights - part in double room at Hotel City with Breakfast included
  - 3 lunches
  - 4 dinners
  - Transfer excursion to amusement park in Stockholm (* free bonus)
  - Entrance and ride coupons for the amusement park (* free bonus)

 * Participants can free of choice add:
      - Extra hotel nights: 41 Euro per night and person
      - Transfer from Arlanda Airport to Hotel City and back: 10 Euro per person

NON PARTICIPANT: (Accompany Person and other delegates)

TOTAL NON-PARTICIPANT COST FOR THE FESTIVAL IS 282 EURO,
AND THIS IS WHATS INCLUDED:
  - Hotel 5 nights - part in double room at Hotel City with Breakfast included
  - 3 lunches
  - 3 dinners
  - Transfer excursion to amusement park in Stockholm (*free bonus)
   

ALL DOUBLE ROOMS HAVE POSSIBILITY FOR AN EXTRA BED TO A THIRD
“NON-PARTICIPANT”
TOTAL COST FOR THIS THIRD PERSON IS 192 EURO
(because extra bed is cheaper)

     * Non participants can free of choice add:
     -  Extra hotel nights: 41 Euro per night and person
     - Extra bed for a third person: 23 Euro per night and person
     - Transfer from Arlanda Airport to Hotel City and back: 10 Euro per person
     - Entrance amusement park: 110 SEK (approximately 12 Euro)
     - Ride coupons amusement park: 320 SEK (approximately 36 Euro)

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

 
If you are chosen as participant this is how it works:

 * We will send you an invoice for pre-payment  (50 % of the total amount) , to be
    paid no later than June 10, which is also the last date to book the hotel.  
   The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival.

 * If you must cancel, your pre-payment is refundable up to July 18
    (except for the Participation Fee)

* If you need Visa, contact us and we will send you invitation documents.
